The following items have been voted and passed at our first annual meeting:

1) Election of the current board of directors

2) Ratification of the bylaws as proposed

3) Dues to be assesed at $250 per calendar year

4) Initial dues (first year) to remain at $250 for new residents if yearly dues are voted lower in the future

3/26/08

1) Jacob Rhodes was elected SEHOA Vice President

2) Danielle Cheramie was elected SEHOA Board Member

3) A vote was taken to use any excess dues money to continue with landscaping projects as available

12/04/09

1) Vote was taken by the Board to reduce dues to $125 a year.
