Absolutely Good News!!!

***Our initial meeting was very informative for the board. Everyone's input is the most valueable asset to the association in this stage of development. Not So Good...

Our entrance landscaping is still in need of our attention. We will complete the island area once we have sufficent funds.

There are several places our curbing and street is in need of repair.

We have broken street lights and knocked down sign posts. The parish replaces these with galvanized posts instead of the original ornamental type.

Drainage problems also have been noticed lately. This needs to be addressed ASAP!!!

Empty lots need to be kept cut and cleaned.

Speed limits need to be better enforced.

We don't have a designated recreation area for our children to play.

Residents have been ignoring restrictive covenants.
