About Us
Our Common Goal
The Sugarwood Estates Homeowners Association is a group of residents with a passion to preserve our community's uniqueness and high standard of living. We hope to better organize the efforts of our residents and improve on something that is already great. Projects such as a community center, or clubhouse will better concentrate our resources. This will help keep our community in pristine shape, thus maintaining or increasing our property values. We encourage ALL residents to join the association, voice their opinions, and help with community projects to improve Sugarwood Estates. It is every resident's moral obligation to help keep our community in good shape. A homeowners association is one of the many benefits enjoyed by choosing to live in a community which imposes restrictive covenants. So please do your part and join the SEHOA. Together we can accomplish anything!
